BARRE3 RESULTS

If you read my blog about the January Challenge I was doing with Barre3, then you know how much in love I am with this workout. I have done all different types of workouts and classes, but this hands down has given me the best results.

So I wanted to do this post to share my experience and results with you because the transformation has seriously blown me away.

When I originally started Barre, I expected it to be a lot of legs (which it is), but I was so impressed with the amazing results I was seeing AND feeling in my arms and core too.

I really love the flow of the class because at almost any given time you are working more than one area or strengthening and stretching simultaneously. The Barre3 class also incorporates a lot more cardio than I anticipated, which has given me some amazing results as far as my waistline goes (hallelujah). It’s truly a complete body workout in under an hour, and each and every class is different than the last so you know you’re hitting all the areas.

I could go on and on about all the things I love about Barre3, the inspirational teachers, the supportive community, the amazing workout, etc, but at the end of the day it comes down to the results. Not only do I look better, but I feel better too. At the end of each class there is time to connect the mind and body, which I think is critical, especially after a good workout. We should always be cognitive and appreciative of all the things our body does for us, and to ourselves for having the motivation to show up to the studio and push ourselves through the class.

Anyways, I will stop typing and let the results speak for themselves. Y’all this is the transformation I saw after just 30 days of doing Barre3. I am seriously blown away by it. I can’t wait to compare my 60 and 90 day mark too! Bring on bikini season because I will be ready for it!
