Have you ever heard the phrase "What you think about, you bring about" or "Your vibe attracts your tribe" or probably the oldest quote regarding the Law of Attraction from the Bible "Ask and it shall be given you. Seek and ye shall find. Knock and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh, receiveth, and he that seeketh, findeth, and to him that knocket it shall be opened."

These are all excellent examples of how prevalent the Law of Attraction has been throughout history and in our lives. 

Basically what the Law of Attraction is a Universal Law that states what you are seeking is seeking you. 

For example let's say you have a goal to increase your income and you put it out into the Universe and work towards this goal, you will ultimately end up with a promotion, second stream of income, or perhaps a new (better) job offer altogether.

This has been a key factor to all of the success I have created in my life. And as crazy as it sounds if you want to make something your reality all you have to do is wish for it and work for it.

So I want to share some of my tips on how you can incorporate the Law of Attraction into your life and business to make some incredible things happen for you.

  1. Write your goal down somewhere where you will see it every single day (ideally multiple times a day). Your bathroom mirror is an excellent spot, ladies pull out the lipstick.

  2. Find or create affirmations that are relevant to what you are working towards and repeat them every day (it helps to look in the mirror).

  3. Listen daily to podcasts/audio books, read, or watch videos of content that inspires you on an emotional and actionable level.

  4. Believe in yourself and that you will create whatever it is that you are working towards in your life. Believe that the doors of opportunity will open for you.

  5. This one is a kicker, get rid of anyone or anything that goes against what you are working towards. If you have a friend who doesn't believe that you can lose the weight, reach the goal, make shit happen, then ditch them! They aren't a true friend anyways.

Of course I could go on and on about other things that you can do, but ultimately it comes down to your goal, your action, your belief, and surrounding yourself with people and things that align with you reaching your goal.
